JESSE DILLOW

TAYLRD State Level Youth Coordinator at Kentucky Partnership for Families and Children, Inc. (KPFC)

ABOUT JESSE
Hi, my name is Jesse Dillow and I am the TAYLRD State Level Youth Coordinator at Kentucky Partnership for Families and Children Inc. (KPFC).

I was hired in this position based on my lived experience in receiving behavioral health services for anxiety and depression. I have now been in the role advocating for all youth/young adults ages 16-25 in the state of Kentucky for two years now and absolutely love every minute of it and wouldn’t change jobs in a million years! I am currently working on my Bachelor’s degree in General Education and hope to be an elementary school counselor one day in the future.

I am 22 years old so in my free time, you can find me hanging out with friends, on the water, with my family, or spoiling my baby niece Fiona! I might be watching Tik-Toks, playing Animal Crossing, or sleeping if I’m not with friends or family! Some random facts about me: I am from Ashland, Kentucky, I have a bunny as a nephew, I am extremely organized (at least most of the time), and I absolutely LOVE hibachi.

STEPHANIE SIKES-JONES

TAYLRD Program Coordinator at Kentucky Partnership for Families and Children, Inc. (KPFC)

ABOUT STEPHANIE
Hi, my name is Stephanie Sikes-Jones and I am the TAYRLD Program Coordinator at Kentucky Partnership for Families and Children Inc. (KPFC).

I started working with TAYLRD in 2015 when I was hired as one of the State Level Youth Coordinators. At that point, I had already been using my lived experience in the behavioral health system, court system, and foster care to advocate for changes and assist in training a variety of audiences. While working with TAYLRD, I realized the value of authentic youth voice in program planning and implementation. Years later, I have continued partnering and working with TAYLRD in various roles and aspects, even when I have taken positions else where. Because I believe in the power of young people, I always find myself feeling best in this unique setting where the voice of youth drives everything we do.  I lived it, and now I get to be in a role where I can pass the baton to future generations. I hope to continue dedicating my career to empowering the voices of young people.

I became a first time mother in July of 2023, and in my personal time you will most likely find me taking walks with my son and our dog, planning my next adventure with my partner, and scrolling TikTok to find new spots to eat or new recipes to try at home. Some random facts about me: I am from Paducah, KY, I love cold weather, and I am a huge foodie!
